We use your information to deliver personalized government contract alerts based on your selected niches and regions. Your email address is used to send daily or weekly digest emails containing relevant opportunities. We also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our matching algorithms and service quality.

3. Data Sources

The contract opportunities displayed on our platform are sourced from SAM.gov, the official U.S. government system for award management. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. All opportunity information should be verified directly on SAM.gov before taking any action.

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through Gumroad. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Gumroad handles all payment processing securely. Please refer to Gumroad's privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as Gumroad for payments and email delivery services), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services.

6. Email Communications

As a subscriber, you will receive email digests containing contract opportunities matching your preferences. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribed email addresses are added to our suppression list to prevent future sends.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After that period, your personal data will be deleted from our systems. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile and preferences through your dashboard settings. To request data deletion, please contact us through the platform. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
